They also charge parking which is gonna be attached to your bill at the end so don't pay it right away. Pool was ok, definitely needs updating but the kids had fun. The kids was tired and trying to nap but instead we had to leave the room so they can clean it. The front desk was rude when we called and told them that they forgot to clean our room. Also keep in mind, if you want your room clean, you have to schedule and call them. Didn't have time to complain downstairs as we have a busy schedule. Tried calling and the phone is always busy. Also they only provided 2 pillows which is not enough at all. Next day, we didn't get a good nights rest, the bed was not comfy at all and the comforters are so thin. It was kinda warm when we got in the room. Fridge doesn't get cold right away the same thing with the air con. They have all the basic necessities, Coffee maker, hairdryer, Iron and board, toiletries, a mini fridge enough for drinks and some of the food. When we got in the room, everything was clean. Close to shops, food places, grocery stores and of course the lake. Review First of all, this hotel has a great location. Should have stayed somewhere else with a beautiful view and proper bed setting and working shower and no extra useless resort fees.… We didn’t enjoy our stay at Lake Tahoe because of this hotel. Over $315 for 1 night and not even lake view! They offered to pay $20 for partial Lake view. It was a costly stay I didn’t enjoy at Bally’s. What is more, we woke up especially early morning to enjoy the jacuzzi before checking out and it was out of service! Why charge $50 resort fee on top of room charge and another hotel fee of $50! Also, parking was $15 and I’ve stayed at Hard Rock hotel across which was much higher standard and free parking. The shower handle was stuck and very difficult to adjust the temperature… it would either move too far cold or hot. My bed sheet had a large hole that I discovered at night when it was scratching me while falling asleep. I had the experience of staying in a cheap motel for the price of over $300 per night. I usually don’t post bad reviews but my stay wasn’t satisfying for the price I paid.
